SveCey Ruvade is a visionary startup that originated from a master's student project at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden, under the Msc program of Knowledge-Based Entrepreneurship. At its core, our mission is twofold: to promote material reuse through the creation of diverse products such as tote bags, cushion covers, table runners, and more, while concurrently supporting the empowerment of women in Sri Lanka as part of our broader social responsibility.
Our journey began with the noble aim of redefining how materials are reused. We ventured into the realm of sustainable design, aiming to give new life to sustainable resources. The products we craft bear the hallmarks of Scandinavian aesthetics, blending functionality with artistry.
Undeterred by obstacles, we sharpened our focus on our core mission: the empowerment of women. Thus, we embarked project together with Kid/Hemtex symbolizing a significant step forward in our commitment to social responsibility.
